Processing personal data

Our website includes several different contact forms which collect information for a variety of purposes, such as leaving customer feedback, and recruitment. When you submit one of these forms on our website, the information you have provided is forwarded to recruiters and customer service via email. The information shared through these contact forms is not used for any other purpose and is not saved in any database.
There are also contact forms on our website which are used for requesting a quota, signing up for a newsletter, or participating in contests and raffles. We process the information provided through these forms, and personal data shared by you (such as home address and email) will be saved in our marketing database. This data is used for communication, customer service and sending newsletters and other promotional offers via email. A contact form should not be used to share the personal data of a child below the age of 16 years, unless otherwise instructed.
You can always opt out of receiving our direct marketing messages. The instructions for unsubscribing can be found in the contact form itself, or in each newsletter or promotional email.

Right to inspect and rectification
Each data subject has the right to inspect and rectify personal information stored in the register. The request for rectification can be sent via email to the data protection officer. The request will be processed as referring to the personal data connected to the requester’s email address if he or she cannot be otherwise identified.
Other rights related to processing personal data
The data subject has the right to prohibit the controller from processing personal data for the purposes of direct advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing, market research, or opinion polls.
